File Upload Errors

WP Media Uploader breaks file upload errors into two types - per file error or per upload error.

Per file errors are displayed in the upper WP Media Uploader panel window.

Clicking on the "UPLOAD ERRORS" opens the list of upload errors.

Some upload errors are fatal and cause the current load to stop and an error notification is displayed.
